So How to do vintage hair.
Firstly your client needs to have enough length and thickness of hair . When we start to create victory rolls and waves the length needs to be sufficient to curl, roll uo and pin. Hair extensions carefully placed can help with this but need to be carefullt placed. In my model here I have hidden a regular bun ring in the base of the style. This gives volume whilst allowing me to keep my length for the sweeps and waves.
